Corporate Run Team Tent Rental Info & Prices

Team Tents are a great place for your team to meet, serve post-race refreshments, and relive those glorious moments from the race.

  • Team Tents are reserved through the Products section of the Captain’s Dashboard.
  • Tent space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Adding a tent to your cart does not reserve your space. Your tent is not reserved until payment is received.
  • Tent Maps are available under Resources in the Captain’s Dashboard. Tent location is based on availability. You may submit your preferred location in the Comments Box when purchasing your tent. Final tent placement is at the discretion of TeamFootWorks.
  • Outside tents, tables, and chairs or other furniture are not permitted. All tents and furnishings must be rented through the Lexus Corporate Run.
  • Team tents are intended as a space for your team to gather and may not be used for promotional, marketing, or sampling purposes.
  • Each tent rental includes tables, chairs, and a company tent sign as indicated in the product description.

Team Tent Reservation Deadlines

Tent spaces are limited. Larger tents will sell out first.

  • Fort Lauderdale: March 3rd, 2027
  • West Palm Beach: March 17th, 2027
  • Miami: March 24th, 2027

Tent Rules / Items Prohibited in Park

Tent Rules
  1. Promotional, marketing, giveaway, or sampling activities are not permitted in Team Tents unless written permission is provided by the event.
  2. All furniture, signage, and decorations must remain within your designated tent area. Nothing may be placed, hung, secured, or displayed on trees, landscaping, or outside of your tent.
  3. Picnicking or setting up outside of Team Tent areas is not permitted.
  4. DJs and live entertainment are not permitted. This includes both professional and amateur DJs.
  5. Open flames and grilling are not permitted.
  6. Outside catering companies are not permitted on park grounds.
  7. Electricity is provided to sponsor tents only. Battery-powered lanterns are permitted and available for purchase through the Captain’s Dashboard.
  8. Tent Cancellations: A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from refunds for cancellations made before the deadline. After the deadline, the fee is $200.
Items Prohibited in the Park
  • Outside tents, tables, chairs, or furniture
  • Generators
  • Balloons and helium tanks
  • Oxygen tanks, unless medically necessary
  • Pets, except service animals
  • Unauthorized vehicles
  • Firearms and weapons

Team Tent Rental Prices

Tent :

  • 10'x10' ($725 each) good for teams of 10-12 people - includes:
    • 1 tent sign, 4 chairs, 1 table (table covers included)
  • 10'x20' ($1,200 each) good for teams of 15-25 people - includes:
    • 1 tent sign, 8 chairs, 2 tables (table covers included)
  • 20'x20' ($2,050 each) good for teams of 30-60 people - includes:
    • 1 tent sign, 16 chairs, 4 tables (table covers included)
Teams larger than 60 people? Contact us at 305-666-7223 ext. 2 to request larger tent sizes.

Extra Chairs and Tables:

  • Folding chairs ($7 each)
  • 8' banquet tables (table covers included) ($22 each)

Chairs and Tables Limitations:

  • 10'x10' - you can add up to:
    • 6 chairs (for a maximum amount of 10 chairs in tent)
    • 1 table (for a maximum amount of 2 tables in tent)
  • 10'x20' - you can add up to:
    • 8 chairs (for a maximum amount of 16 chairs in tent)
    • 2 table (for a maximum amount of 4 tables in tent)
  • 20'x20' - you can add up to:
    • 24 chairs (for a maximum amount of 40 chairs in tent)
    • 4 table (for a maximum amount of 8 tables in tent)

Battery Powered Lanterns:

  • Recommended: one per 10'x10', 2 for a 10x20, 4 for a 20x20 tent ($50 each)
