Corporate Run Team Captain Central
TEAM CAPTAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Form a team, recruit runners, and oversee team member registration.
- Plan and coordinate tent rental and on-site tent hospitality.
- Submit your company’s t-shirt for judging in T-shirt Contest.
- Secure and distribute race day materials and communications.
- Submit team scores for Industry Competition.
Team Captain Reminders:
- Entry fee is $57* per person with a minimum of four employees per team.
- Companies must create a new team each year. Teams do not carry over from previous years.
- All race entries and products must be paid by the registration deadline.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Registration and products are subject to processing fees.
- Team Packets will not be released until all entry fees have been paid.
- All participants must register individually under their own name and email address and acknowledge the event waiver.
- Participants may not register or participate using another person’s information or race bib.
- If a registered participant cannot attend, registration transfers are available for a $10 fee through the Captain’s Dashboard.
- Team Tents are optional but encouraged. Tents provide a designated space for your team to gather before and after the race. Tent rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How to Get Started:
- Select Create a Team for the city where your company will participate. If participating in multiple cities, you must create a separate team for each city.
- Once your team is created, use the Captain’s Dashboard to manage your team, view registrations, access invoices, purchase products, and more.
- Register yourself if you plan to participate in the 5k.
- Share your Team Registration Link with coworkers and invite them to register.
- Review the registration and payment deadlines for your city.
Tip: Bookmark the Captain’s Dashboard for easy access throughout the event season. Find important event information and materials under Resources, and add Co-Captains to help with team management
For scoring, each team must meet the minimum registration requirements: four men for a male team, four women for a female team, or two men and two women for a coed team.
